Each community offers spacious floor plans that range from private studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom apartments, with the option for a private or shared bathroom.

Our communities offer roommate-matching to help take the stress out of finding a roommate while pairing you with someone you’re likely to get along with! Simply fill out a short questionnaire during your rental application, and we will use your answers to find someone who has similar interests and hobbies as you.
Housing contracts are on an individual basis, so each tenant is only responsible for their own monthly installments. This way, you’ll never be penalized if a roommate makes a late payment or breaks their lease early.
